Welcome to my site dedicated to fitness professionals, athletes, competitors, and those seeking fitness, weight control and nutrition advice!

You can expect to find tips to get you started,  a food and nutrition section, workout plans (including abdominal workouts for those abs of steel), exercise techniques, fat and weight loss. Most importantly, you will learn how to put it all together.

America’s reputation has spread throughout the world as being one of the unhealthiest people in the world. We have the highest incidents of obesity and that leads to dangerous health risks.  Among reasons are the obvious: generally poor food choices,  a lack of exercise and a sedentary life.  In my quest to contribute to our change and in the hope of facilitating positive lifestyle changes in my readers’ and clients’ lives that will make them healthier and happier, I have created my website for you.

Throughout it you will obtain the motivation and discipline needed to work hard towards achieving a healthy body, healthy mind and a new you!

I have always been successful in everything I have set out to do — I have started my own business, twice. I created a staffing agency from the ground up and also opened up my own fitness center. In addition, I have won several bodybuilding competitions across the Southeast.

Why have I achieved success? Simply put, because I have applied myself by setting my goals, creating my plan, and following it with focus.  I’m not saying I haven’t had challenges along the way — of course I have! However, meeting those challenges and overcoming them is what makes it even sweeter.  Isn’t it true that the easier it is to get something the less we want it but the harder it is the more we want it?

My site is for everyone, from beginner to advanced and for males and females.  It will be full of tips on nutrition and fitness as well as how to get started toward the life of feeling and looking your best!

It won’t be easy, this I know, but I will walk with you hand in hand and before you know it you will be living the life you’ve been longing for and feeling the best you’ve ever felt.  So let’s get started!

First be sure you are ready to make the changes.  By this I mean you’ve got to be ready to dedicate yourself. No more eating junk food or too little food, no more laziness, no more excuses.  You’ve got to be ready to work hard, your hardest!   It’s not going to be easy but it will be well worth it. . . I promise.
